Birmingham Cathedral, St Philip's, has very kindly given Justice for the 21 permission to hold a candlelit vigil in the churchyard this Wednesday the 21st November 2012, the 38th anniversary of the Birmingham Pub Bombings.

We hope to use this opportunity to pay proper reverence to the 21 innocent souls who perished that fateful night, but also to show the Hambleton family they are certainly not alone in their fight for justice and obviously further highlight our campaign.

St Philip's has also very kindly offered to incorporate prayers for the victims of the Birmingham Pub Bombings and their families into that evening's Choral Evensong service (starting at 5-45pm until 6-15pm) and asked if we would like to attend. It is a very kind offer which we intend to very gratefully accept.

We would obviously like to take this opportunity to thank the Dean of Birmingham Cathedral, the Canon Liturgist and also events manager, Carol Currier for their very kind cooperation regarding our request to hold a candlelit vigil on the anniversary of the Birmingham Pub Bombings.

We urge all our supporters to attend this event, it is time we made up for the many years we have ignored the suffering of people like the Hambleton family. It is time to make amends.

Justice for our people, justice for our community

Justice for the 21!
